THE CHALLENGE

The business had no established eCommerce acquisition channel and needed an online growth strategy capable of supporting the new direction of the brand.

THE APPROACH

We built a new Google Ads account, targeted health, wellness and clean-water search intent, and positioned the products around long-term value and health benefits rather than competing on price alone.

Search, Shopping and YouTube campaigns were used nationally across New Zealand, supported by ongoing A/B testing of messaging and placements.

THE OUTCOME

A profitable online revenue channel was created from zero, giving the business a scalable foundation for continued eCommerce growth.

AD FORMATS Static

image-led Meta campaigns

THE CHALLENGE

Previous social advertising lacked specialist targeting and optimisation, while the new campaign had very little time to build momentum.

THE APPROACH

We segmented local, interstate, New Zealand and Asian audiences and reframed the event as an experience and destination rather than simply a competitive race.

THE EXECUTION

Local campaigns focused on conversions while interstate and international activity focused on reach, traffic and longer-term awareness.

THE OUTCOME

The event reached full capacity within one month, allowing campaigns to be turned off early before the full media budget was required.
