Agency foundations
Starting inside an Auckland agency while at university meant learning the practical side of digital marketing early: strategy, campaigns, clients, deadlines and the difference between what sounds good and what actually works.
Glasshouse Digital exists because ambitious marketing should still be clear, collaborative and easy for the people paying for it to understand.
Our story ↓We want business owners to understand what is happening, why it matters and what the next decision is based on.
That does not mean simplifying the work itself. It means making the thinking clear enough that everyone involved can move in the same direction. The strongest client relationships feel less like handing marketing over and more like building something together.
More than seven years in digital marketing, across agency, business ownership and client-side strategy.
Georgia began her career in an Auckland agency while studying at university, building hands-on experience across digital strategy and performance marketing. She later co-founded Digital Lab before moving to Perth and creating Glasshouse Digital.
The common thread through all of it has been the same: better marketing happens when the people inside the business understand the decisions being made around them.
Starting inside an Auckland agency while at university meant learning the practical side of digital marketing early: strategy, campaigns, clients, deadlines and the difference between what sounds good and what actually works.
Co-founding Digital Lab brought the business side into the picture too: client relationships, commercial decisions, delivery and the responsibility that comes with being accountable for the outcome.
Moving to Perth created the opportunity to build Glasshouse Digital around a clearer idea of what a modern marketing partner should feel like.
Today, Glasshouse brings together strategy, paid media, SEO, social and digital experience thinking around one clear direction: help businesses make better marketing decisions and understand the work being done.
You should be able to understand what is happening without needing to become a digital marketing specialist yourself.
The best outcomes happen when client knowledge and marketing expertise sit at the same table instead of operating in separate worlds.
More activity is not always the answer. Sometimes the smartest move is fixing the structure underneath the marketing before adding more to it.
We like ideas that feel different, but never just for the sake of looking clever. The work still needs a commercial purpose.
We do not want marketing to feel like a black box you pay for and hope is working.
You should know what we are testing, what we are seeing, what needs attention and why the recommendation has changed. That creates better decisions on both sides.
It also means we expect collaboration. You know your customers, your operations and your business better than anyone. Our job is to bring the marketing expertise and connect the two.
